The tubemeter is the worldwide first USB water-level
sensor for PC water coolings. It will be connected with an internal USB
connection and screwed into a free G1/8 " connector of the reservoir. It
can measure the water-level from above or below. The position of the
installation is detected automatically.
A LED for function control is embedded at the top of the tubemeter. The
LED can be deactivated on request through the enclosed aquasuite
software.
Alarm values for the water-level can be adjusted through the comfortable
Windows software aquasuite. If these values are fallen below, then an
alarm is released. Moreover, the PC can be shut down automatically. A
graphical evaluation of the water-level is also possible in the
software.
As a special feature the tubemeter can sense waves inside the reservoir.
The function of the pump can therefore be monitored through an
adjustable alarm value for the minimal undulation (a sufficiently strong
undulation is necessary for this function).
Besides the use as a USB device the tubemeter can be connected directly
to the aquaero with the optional aquabus cable. All described functions
are also available in this case. Moreover, the monitoring can be carried
out into hardware and in the case of a malfunction the PC can be shut
down through the aquaero. The detection whether the tubemeter is
connected to USB or aquabus works automatically.
The tubemeter is delivered with a 70cm USB cable.
