The HEATKILLER ® Rev3.0 CPU sets new standards in performance, quality and ease of installation. The development of new high-end CPU coolers has been consistently focused on the current CPU generation. A central flow, coupled with a nozzle plate and a very fine Cooling geometry give the cooler a excellent cooling performance. The bottom plate is geometrically adapted to the heat spreader and thus provides for an optimal contact to the CPU. Despite very expensive Cooling geometry the flow resistance is extremely low. For the use of quad-processors, the cooler has a plug-distribution plate, the individual CPU cores will flow parallel. A modular design allows easy removal of the HEATKILLER ®, a switch to a different mounting system is done at any time and with very little effort. Sold separately, mounts and spare parts guarantee extended life of the water-block even after several years, problem-free operation. The Cooling geometry, and the uppers are made of high-purity copper, the mounting and application of polished stainless steel. To prevent tarnishing of the copper, the top is sealed with a special clear lacquer.
